Unidym, Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of Arrowhead Research Corporation, announced that it has completed IP cooperation and license agreements with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Under the agreements: • Unidym licensed to Samsung patents covering CNT materials, including fundamental patents on CNT compositions of matter, synthesis of CNTs, processing of CNTs, ink formulations, and transparent conductive films. • Unidym transferred certain patent rights to Samsung, primarily related ...
